About the event

 Due to Covid-19 there will be some changes in how our camps are run this year due to the increased safety measures we now need to implement to protect both our kids and staff. This years camps will be a fun skills and conditioning camp that can be applied to any sport. There will however, be an opportunity for sport specific training in basketball 2 out of the 5 days of camp if you so choose . This years camp will take place in San Leandro. Outdoor training takes place at the San Leandro Marina and One on One basketball training takes place at Coaches Court a private facility in San Leandro.

There are 3 Package options:

  • Package 1: 100% Live Virtual Camp -1 week M-F and sessions are 1.5 hours 
  • Package 2: Virtual + Strength and Conditioning - 1 week  MWF outdoor training; T/ TH Live Virtual Training . Sessions are 1.5 hours Location for outdoor training- San Leandro Marina. 
  • Package 3: Strength and Conditioning + One on One Basketball Training+ Access to Live Virtual Training- 1 week  MWF outdoor training; T/ TH One on One Indoor training at a private facility and access to Live Virtual Training sessions . All Sessions are 1.5 hours. 

Each group training session will be limited to 8-10 kids max. Slots will fill up extremely fast due to limited numbers so it’s first come first serve.  If you wish to sign your child up for multiple weeks of camp or are planning to register more than one child discounts are available. Just send me an email and I will supply you with a promo code.

***If your child is a returning camper and you're interested in your child participating in all 4 weeks you can contact me via email. I will supply you with a promotional code that allows you to pay for the 1st two weeks of camp and we will sponsor your child for the remaining 2 weeks. This discount is only available for returning campers!**** (4 weeks for $400-500 depending on the package you choose )

Covid -19 Camp Saftey Protocol

 In order to run a camp practicing social distancing, providing extra cleaning measures and increased safety for the kids we will now be implementing several measures to stay in compliance with California’s mandates in addition to our own safety protocol we feel is necessary to keep both the kids and staff safe. 

 We will be running multiple 1.5 hour training sessions everyday allowing 15- 30mins for cleaning equipment prior to the arrival of the next group. 

 Only 8-10 Kids will be allowed in each training session. Kids will not be allowed to switch training sessions once they’ve been assigned to a group and camp has begun. 

 Training sessions with 8-10 kids will occur outdoors where kids can maintain the suggested 6ft protocol and there is open space and fresh air. 

 During training sessions we will provide breaks in between drills to wash and sanitize hands to limit contact with germs. 

 Kids are not allowed to share water bottles. So we will provide cold disposable bottles of water since the kids will be training outdoors and in possible heat. 

 All snacks provided will be packaged goods. 

 Gloves will be allowed but not required. Parents are responsible for sending kids with gloves if they wish them to wear them. 

 Kids will not be required to train in face masks but will be required to practice social distancing. However, kids should still bring their masks because they will need to wear them before and after camp. (We don’t require the kids to train in masks because we’ve found that it’s very difficult for kids to catch their breath in masks while exercising. So staff will heavily enforce social distancing to make sure the kids stay in compliance.) 

 We will also provide enough training equipment so kids do not have to share. 

 6 ft spacing will be marked on the ground so that kids are aware of the required spacing. 

 We will be offering virtual camp workouts that kids can log on and attend daily at home. 

 We will be offering one on one and pair training in a gym where each child can have their own basket to train along with a coach at each basket for sport specific training. Basketball will be the sports offered this summer. 

 For the virtual camp we will be mailing out the equipment the kids will need to participate in camp. We are working on ways that even if a kid attends camp virtually, they will still feel as if they’re attending a fun camp. 

 We ask parents to drive their kids to and from camp vs. using public transportation whenever possible to limit contact with extra germs. 

 If kids are sick have colds and or symptoms they must stay home. 

 If kids have respiratory problems we ask parents to strongly think about whether their kids should participate in camp because they are more at risk. 

 We’ve redesigned our training curriculum to fit our current situation during Covid-19.
